HTR2B knockdown promoted the polarization of LPS-induced BV2 microglia from M1 to M2. (B-I) BV2 cells were divided into control group, LPS group, LPS + sh-NC group, and LPS + sh-HTR2B group. (B) HTR2B protein expression was determined by western blotting assay. (C) MTT assay was used to analyze cell viability. (D) Tunel assay was performed to analyze cell apoptosis. (E) Western blotting assay was used to detect protein expression of Bax and Bcl-2. (F and G) qRT-PCR assays were conducted to analyze the mRNA expression levels of TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-4 and TGF-β.
